With many exciting changes happening at The Acres Club we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and forward thinking Duty Manager to assist with the day to day operations of the venue.
The Acres Club is an integral part of the Bankstown Sports Club family which prides itself on providing exceptional experiences as well as promoting a culture of creativity and innovation. With many offerings such as multiple indoor and outdoor eateries, event space and gaming, The Acres is an exciting location for all ages.
This Duty Manager position will report in to the Venue manager and will be responsible for ensuring the successful day to day operations of the venue. Some of the responsibilities of the role will include;
- Demonstrating and encouraging our culture values which include, 'Can do attitude', Team player and Surprise and delight.
- Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork and recognition
- Ensure the provision of customer service excellence to members and guests
- Leading, developing and motivating staff
- Performance management
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State & Local laws and regulations
- Manage compliance with RSA and RCG on the premises
- Work Health & Safety responsibilities
- Handle all escalated customer queries and complaints
Essential Criteria:
- Management experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of aspects of compliance with relevant legislation
- RSA, RCG competency cards are essential
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Working rights in Australia
- You must be able to work a rotational roster; days, nights and weekends including public holidays
