We are currently seeking a full-time Beauty Salon Manager to join our talented team.

This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:

About the Role:

• Overseeing the overall management and smooth running of the Salon.
• Managing salon stock and suppliers whilst identifying new trends and opportunities for the salon
• Determining product mix, stock levels, and service standards
• Preparing the weekly roster
• Managing inventory, handling the cash and credit card transaction
• Dealing with the shopping center’s management to ensure that all the services in the salon were operating smoothly.
• Hire new staff and Train them about products and motivating them to reach targets.
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
• Order beauty products, maintaining records of stock levels, and track all financial transactions.
• Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
• Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g., daily, monthly and quarterly)
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.
• Reconcile and monitor daily report data and invoice processing.
• Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Open and close salon

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Excellent customer service
• Be Vibrant and Passionate
• Have a broad knowledge of the Beauty Industry predominantly hair removal.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have experience in hair removal and all waxes.
• Threading is not essential but a plus.

Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Salary: AUD 55,000 to AUD 57,000 annually
