Transformation Capability Lead

The Transformation Capability Lead has the overall responsibility of defining best practice methods to manage projects and set up the integrated methodology across all of Suncorp’s strategic programs.

This role is accountable to the HO Transformation and executive leadership team for ensuring this methodology is adopted and effectively utilised

Key Accountabilities

About You

  • Degree in Economics/Econometric, Finance/Commerce, Business, Communications or equivalent desired
  • Professional Scrum Master or equivalent desired

  • 5-10 years Financial Services Experience
  • Proven business acumen and understanding of business finance
  • Strong facilitation skills and personal resilience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience interfacing with executive leadership
  • Close attention to detail, with an 80/20 sense of what matters, and when
  • Passion for building capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form trusted relationships at all levels of the business (needs to coordinate across diverse stakeholder group)
