Qualifications & experience

Valid RSA and COVID Dinging in Certificate
Speak Fluent English
Excellent understanding of classic cocktails and able to pick up new recipe, and within the willingness to learn bubble tea , and dessert drink.
Minimum 1 year bar expercied for bar staff/ wait staff
Able to work with a team and under pressure, and self - motivated with an outgoing personality and top up rate communication skills
basic spirit and wine knowledge for wait staff
Ability to explain menu item in details and matching our branding story with confidence for wait staff
Legal working rights in Australian
Be available at both days and weekends

Tasks & responsibilities

Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
Preparing beautiful presented drinks and cocktails, with the set standards consistently
Make sure all setup is done and the bar area is well stocked and ready for service
Assist with service component for events
Following set procedures and other opening and closing the bar, bubble tea ,dessert and greater bar ears.
Tend to the needs to guests sitting around the greater bar area
Basic spirit and wine knowledge
