A little about us

Located in the tranquil surroundings of Noosa Heads, stylish and modern five-star RACV Noosa Resort offers 350 bedrooms including one, two and three bedroom apartments and Luxury villas.

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Front Office team to assist with pool attendant duties and some concierge requirements.

A day in the life

Greet and assist members, guests and visitors on entry to the resort;
Display exceptional knowledge of the resort’s facilities, services, events, activities, local tourism sites and attractions;
Restocking of retail shop, replenishing towels and other associated duties as (when required);
Pool supervision duties including completing a daily checklist, monitoring guest behaviour within the aquatic area, maintaining cleanliness and reporting any aquatic facility issues.

We’re looking for

Professionalism shown all;
Excellent presentation and grooming;
Current certification in pool rescue techniques (highly regarded but not essential);
Current first aid certificate including CPR (highly regarded);
Someone who can effectively communicate and work in a team environment displaying a positive attitude;
Ability to deliver superior customer service and build a rapport with guests and members;
Full availability on weekends and school holiday/peak periods and
Flexibility to work for various shifts (essential).
