We are seeking a Senior waitstaff member to join our friendly team.
We are open seven days from 7am for breakfast and lunch, and evening dining 3 nights a week.

Applicants must demonstrate

This role will include

• A la carte table service
• Coffee Service - Vittoria Coffee
• Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends
• Knowledge of wine
• Bar experience

The person we are seeking to employ will be happy, well groomed, professional and courteous with a good knowledge of food and beverage. We are looking for a team player who has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a love for hospitality.

Experience:

• barista: 1 year (Preferred)
• server: 3 years (Preferred)

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
