Who we are looking for

We are looking for a bubbly and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals. The right candidate for this role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer support. You will have a positive, can-do approach and a wiliness to contribute to our vibrant and incredible team.

You will need to be an experienced gaming attendant to be considered for this role and have availability to work shifts 7 days a week 9am to 3am (including public holidays).

What you will bring to the team

The right candidate for this role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will:

• Provide a high level of service to members and guests within the gaming rooms
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of RSA/RSG requirements
• Have experience with cash-outs, clearances and troubleshooting
• Take pride in the cleanliness and presentation of the gaming rooms
• Have strong cash handling skills
• Have high standards of customer service
• Be punctual, hardworking and reliable
• Possess high level interpersonal and communication skills
• Be professional with impeccable dress and grooming standards
• Have completed a Police Check in the last 30 days
• Experience with TAB and KENO will be highly regarded
