About The Job

We seek an experienced Cleaning Supervisor at our Education Site in Adelaide CBD, to oversee all aspects of Cleaning Services as well as to fulfil other contractual obligations as agreed with the client.

Key to this role will be effective hands on cleaning, ordering of stock using an internal system, and coordinating staff to achieve and ensure that the highest possible service standards are maintained according to budget and scope of work. Additionally you will oversee cleaning schedules, roster, lead, recruit, train and mentor staff.

You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge within cleaning services and some broad operational management knowledge.

This is a hand’s on position where you will lead by example out in the field sharing your experience and knowledge with the team. You will have the ability to multi-task, keep calm under pressure and handle issues professionally and efficiently directly with our client.

This is a Part Time position where you will be required to work across Monday to Friday from 8 pm until 12 am. There may be the occasional operational requirement to provide coverage over the weekend if so advanced notice will be provided.

About You

You will have demonstrated experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, ideally within the Education/University sector, have exceptional customer service skills and a genuine interest and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
