Bar Staff for Boutique Bar in St Marys Town Centre

The Kulture Bar in Queen Street, St Marys will be the first boutique bar to open in the town centre strip which is planned for opening in the next 4-6 weeks. The Kulture Bar will open late into the evening and on certain nights will theme their music to different cultures around the globe.

The Kulture Bar is looking for 2 experienced bar staff that will work together to cover the opening hours of the bar which include nights and weekends and will be required to attend to all bar duties and serving a small range of snack foods.

The successful applicant will have:

• Current RSA Certificate

• A friendly and happy disposition

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Well presented and a “can do” attitude

• Able to work quickly and efficiently

• Good cash-handling skills

The successful applicants will have the opportunity to work towards managing the bar which would include additional tasks such as rostering and stock management.
