Brickfields Bakery is one of Sydney's top artisan bakery-cafes.

We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED front of house staff with extensive barista experience to join the team on a full time, part time or casual basis.

Reporting to the Cafe Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to advance their hospitality career with one of the best teams in Sydney. We are looking for a focused and friendly person to join our team and help deliver the following key points:

• Love looking after customers and delivering every little detail of customer service.
• Strong communication on the floor with other front of house staff and sections.
• Must be very focused on the floor 100% with experience and energy to run a tight little section to perfection.
• Have to be able to efficiently sequence the seating, greeting, and serving of customers, taking their orders while running and clear tables.
• A passion for coffee with a strong understanding of volumetrics, grinder adjustments and coffee equipment cleaning.
• An eye for detail and quality you will be required to work both autonomously and with another barista.

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Required)
