Cafe in the heart of Dingley Village is looking for a superstar Barista to join the team.

Full Time

This a permanent position not a fill in position.

We are on the hunt for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic barista who lives and breathes specialty coffee and enjoys building relationships with customers.

Key Duties -·

Making high standard Barista style coffees·

Coffee machine cleaning and maintenance duties·

Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner·

General café duties as required including service and cleaning up·

Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

The Person -·

Current Barista experience of at least 4 years·

Previous experience in a high-volume café/barista role is essential. Minimum 7kg per day·

Bubbly and friendly person who can hold conversation with customers.

Always maintain a positive attitude to customer satisfaction·

Reliable, enthusiastic and has great communication skills·

Ability to work unsupervised·

Must be proactive to deliver high standard coffees to increase revenue

Must have own transport

Must be available to work weekends
