A position as a full time Waiter is available at Lake House, Australia's most highly awarded regional destination restaurant and hotel, situated in the tourist mecca of Daylesford - 80 mins from Melbourne.

Experience within a similar establishment is required.

Main duties are the following: organise and set tables, taking bookings, welcome customers, taking customers’ orders, recommend dishes and wines to match, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and collecting bills’ payments.

The candidate must have an excellent presentation, the highest standards of delivery in a hatted restaurant environment (or Michelin star), a strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills, strong team player, excellent people and time management skills and the ability to work with international staff, excellence in delivering quality customer service and customer satisfaction ratings including brand standards.
