Lotus Dining is Sydney’s premium restaurant group, celebrating modern Chinese cuisine, world class dumplings and award-winning wine lists.

We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join three of our venues, Lotus Barangaroo a premium waterfront site on the cusp of the CBD, CHI By Lotus the newest addition to the Lotus portfolio and Lotus Dumpling Bar located in the picturesque Walsh Bay.

We are hiring;

- Expectational waitstaff. We are seeking fun, experienced and vivacious team members with a min of 2 years restaurant experience. Successful applicants will be part of building a culture full of passion and dedication to all things service focused. You have a love for taking guests on a journey through food and beverage, helping to guide them in every step. You are an order maker, not order taker!

- Seasoned bar tenders. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and dedicated bartenders to become a crucial part of the team. The ideal candidate must be charismatic, passionate and have experience working in very high-volume cocktail bars. We have dispense and service bar positions available. Must have knowledge of all classics, be able to work independently in a fast paced

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour

Salary: $26.00 – $50.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
  • Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
  • Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
  • Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
  • Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
  • Other duties as requested
