We’re Hiring Experienced Chefs & Cooks!

We are seeking experienced Chefs & Cooks to join our team for our busy Lebanese Restaurant located at Hurstville.

What you need:

· At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced café, bar or restaurant

· Chefs must have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience

· Available for evening and weekend shifts. Morning and afternoon shifts will be available in the near future once day trade commences

· Must be committed & punctual with eye for detail

· Must be able to work well under pressure, have a passion for food and conduct work in a clean and efficient manner

· Applicants must be able and keen to take instructions from other staff and be willing to help and assist with other duties that may not apply to their role

The Role:

· Measuring and assembling ingredients to create dishes on the menu

· Cooks to assist the Chef to ensure foods are cooked and presented to high standards

· Safely store food items at the correct temperatures and in the correct locations

· Rotate stock and food items to ensure freshness

· Restocking of shelves, fridges and freezers

· Ensure a clean and sanitized working area

We trade Monday - Sunday from 6.00pm to late (shifts commence from 4.00pm).

A requirement to work Weekend nights are a must although we offer a flexible roster to the right person to ensure there is a real work/ life balance.
