Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge is seeking 2 professional people for ‘all round’ duties – Housekeeping, Bar/Bistro, Kitchen. Situated in the heart of the Mary River Wetlands, we offer guests accommodation, a variety of tours & a Saloon Bar/Bistro.

Duties include: – Cleaning guest rooms & amenities to a high standard, operation of commercial washer & dryer, washing & folding linen, selling/serving drinks, meal orders, checking in guests, washing dishes, assisting the chef.

The applicants should be in excellent health & have written & oral communication skills of high order & have an eye for detail. The ability to work with minimum supervision, follow procedures & maintain a consistent level of service is essential. MUST have excellent English, & MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A MANUAL VEHICLE (Housekeeping van).

*Live in position – 6-9 hours per day / 6 days per week. Own room & food/meals provided.*3 months commitment essential. *Commence mid/late February.*Located 2 hours drive from Darwin city.
