Job Description

About the role:

This role supports the Operation Manager in successfully running BAU for the RMG Function. This role will ensure that RMG runs efficiently while adhering to contractual SLA and risk management control requirements.

A typical day for you looks like:

* Daily allocation of work across RMG Servicing, Settlements and Collections staff - ensure the equal allocation of work tasks for Servicing and Collections is completed daily,
* Stakeholder engagement with Aussie and CBA - To build and maintain a strong relationship with Ausse, CBA and RMG by maintaining stakeholder engagement.
* Servicing and Collections reporting across RMG collections and Servicing - send, create or run reporting for RMG Servicing and Collections where needed.
* Daily Team huddles - ensure daily team huddles are completed with Servicing and Collections to set daily expectations
* Attend Leadership whiteboard daily and deliver required data for Servicing and Collections - ensure all required data is available for the morning TL huddles and the resourcing calculator is completed daily as well as processing timings reviewed on a quarterly basis.
* Monthly Team meetings - monthly, quarterly and annual reviews to be completed. Performance, expectations and development to be discussed with staff Monthly
* Staff engagement - maintain a high team engagement through social activities and by building relationships.
* Feedback and performance management for existing staff - any performance issues to be managed and feedback to be given where required.
* Create a high performing team - ensure all contractual requirements and SLAs are met daily.
* Staff Development planning and coaching - to ensure staff development is being applied where required.
* Process enhancements and documentation - to look into our current processes across RMG Servicing and Collections to identify process efficiencies and improvements
* Ensure all RMG risk controls are completed - ensure daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly RMG risk controls are being adhered to.
* Assisting the Operations Manager where required - there may be other tasks delegated to you by the Operation Manager when required.
* Action of payment for POL RMG and BST ER invoices - to ensure all RMG and BST ER invoices are paid and up to date

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills & experience youll bring to the team:

* Previous experience as an Team Lead or Team Manager in an Operations role within financial services
* Experience in a Lending environment and specifically with Servicing and Collections would be highly advantageous
* Strong written and verbal communication Skills

* Strong stakeholder engagement

* Strong organisational skills
* Experience with Key Risk Control management
* Experience in providing coaching and feedback to staff.
