Canterbury League Club is seeking motivated Gaming Attendants to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

About the Role…
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment with ongoing training and development to extend your knowledge and skills within the hospitality industry.
In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests
- Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service
- Assisting patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information
- Maintaining general cleanliness of all service areas including smoking areas
About you…
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our talented and friendly team and ensure an exceptional level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.
To be successful in this role you need to possess the following:
Skills & competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar role (highly desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Ability to solve problems
- Self-motivated and organised with the ability to multitask
- High-energy individual with a positive attitude and eager to perform to the best of their
ability - Ability to understand Canterbury’s products and service offerings as well as customer
needs - Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour, 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Experience and Qualifications:
- Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card (or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Full working rights
