Hungry Jack’s is seeking an applicant who is dedicated to achieving and maintaining high KPI results in teams by utilising forward thinking and commercially astute business decisions. This position will suit someone who is looking to take their leadership career to the next level by taking on a role with multi location responsibility.

Reporting directly to the State Operations Manager (SOM), the District Manager (DM) is responsible for People, Sales and Profit as well as future growth and planning for the district. The primary function of the District Manager is to manage a group of restaurants successfully and actively participate State and National alignment of the business.

A key aspect of the role is talent development within the district with an emphasis on fostering alignment from all employee levels, focussing on Hungry Jack's cultural pillars and values. A strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring will see the applicant prosper in this role.

Skills and leadership will be demonstrated through the ability to;

  • Guide restaurants to maximum productivity and efficiency through the measurement and analysis of results;
  • Maintain a commercially focused business plan;
  • Lead by example through actions and behaviour;
  • Be a key agent in communicating and managing operational change within Hungry Jack’s;
  • Quality of management decisions & advice provided to district;
  • Effective in leading change management processes within the district and state;
  • Communicate to all levels of the business;
  • Foster a competitive and collaborative spirit within teams.

Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ restaurant management experience and be achieving KPI’s.
