Job Ad for Supervisors

We are currently looking for two people with hospitality and supervisor experience to join our team at the Bunker!

Applicants should have or be able to do the following:

· Experience as a shift supervisor & experience in bars & on the floor

· A valid RSA

· Car or access to transport (there are early mornings and late nights involved)

· Be enthusiastic and well versed in positively managing a team

· Be available weekends and some week days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

· Be available either nights or mornings (a mix of both is ideal)

· Be responsible, well dressed, trustworthy & punctual

· Have basic understanding of excel & computers

· 20-30 hours a week (may be a mix of Supervisor shifts and floor shifts)

Experience:

• Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
• barista: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Eligibility:

• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)

Duties:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serving food
• Serving alcohol
• Answering phone calls
• Placing takeaway orders
• Preparing bill and processing payment
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes
• Reconciling daily cash transactions
