• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Maintain and display a high level of product knowledge including food and beverage items, promotional activities and restaurant services.
• Assist customers with menu selections according to individual needs including dietary requirements, religious requirements etc
• Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers.
• Follow policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
• Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

• Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems. Complete workplace tasks within operational timelines.
• Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff and guests. Including people from different social and cultural backgrounds and language abilities.
• Respond to customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner and make every effort for a positive outcome and refer the matter to management

Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
