The Role

Working as part of the F&B leadership team, you will supervise and support multi outlets within the Food and Beverage operation; with the emphasis on personalised service at the highest standard, maximise revenue opportunities, and control costs.

You will be a dynamic individual who can demonstrate a genuine desire to develop your team, combining a positive attitude with high energy, motivating your team to deliver the highest standards possible.

• Solid experience within quality establishments at Team Leader level
• Significant food & beverage knowledge
• Proven ability to train and motivate your team
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• RSA
