We are looking for a Barista, a FOH and Chefs to join us from February 2021. Our Specialty coffee café located at 720 Bourke street, near Southern Cross Station.

The ideal FOH and Barista applicants are someone who has,

• Broad knowledge of food and beverage. Good at cash handling, toast sandwich and multi tasks,
• Good communication skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with peers and customers,
• Great work ethic, puncture, pay attention to details and easy going/friendly nature,
• Energetic, friendly, social, always greet customers with a positive vibe and perform well under pressure,
• Full Australian working rights.
• Needs to be available Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Barista Applicants: More than 2 years barista / hospitality experiences, in a fast-paced café. Needs to be familiar with Anfim, Mythos, EK43 Grinders as well as Synesso coffee machine.
• FOH Applicants: More than 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced café.

The ideal Chefs applicants is someone who has,

· The ability to work quickly, cleanly, and well under pressure, whilst multitasking. Your responsibility will be to do food service as well as food preparation, so multitasking and working quickly is crucial.

· Works well in a team.

· Good English and communication skills.

· Must be able to work from 8-3:30 pm.
