Experienced TAB Manager wanted.

We are seeking a passionate avid sports fan with loads of talent, skill and personality to join the team at the New Victoria Tavern.

About you:

• Minimum 1-2 years similar experience
• Current NSW RSA/RCG competency card
• Excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Experience with TAB, Keno and point of sale systems, I-Control would be desirable
• Strong understanding of racing – horses, greyhounds etc
• Be passionate about multiple sports codes – our majors are rugby, soccer and cricket
• Ability to work a 7 day roster, including nights and weekends
• Be well presented 

The role will include:

• Managing the TAB including TAB training & advancement
• TAB/ Keno reporting
• GP analysis
• Managing Punters Paradise/ Tipping competitions
• Competitor analysis
• Gaming analysis
• Sports offerings – minor events and support for major sporting events
• Event plans/ debriefs
• COVID and Venue compliance
• Various Management duties as required
