About LUCAS Restaurants:

Skills, Experience & Attributes:
Demonstrated management experience within high volume, fast paced restaurant environment
Solid understanding of management practices
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
Highly adaptable and able to perform and lead in high-pressure service periods
Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships with guests and crew
Organisational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation
Experience with rostering software
Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
