About The Role
Stamford Plaza Brisbane is seeking casual F&B Attendants experienced in Japanese cuisine, to join our team in the Kabuki Japanese Restaurant. You will be responsible for providing dramatic food service with flair & theatre to our discerning guests in an authentic Japanese style. You are also responsible for smooth and efficient service, ensuring the highest food & general safety standards. You will surprise and delight our guests at every turn during their unique dining experience.

Kabuki Teppanyaki Restaurant Brisbane offers a unique culinary and cultural experience for everyone! From the sizzling drama of Teppanyaki to a traditional a la carte menu, you will delight our guests with the dramatic presentation of meats, seafood and vegetable dishes prepared in an authentic Japanese style. Kabuki - a world of culinary and cultural adventure.
Minimum Requirements
- You will possess full legal working rights in Australia
- You must have at least 2 years previous / current Teppanyaki (or similar) experience
- You will have a valid QLD RSA certificate
- Be available to work weekends, public holidays and split shifts for lunch and dinner service
- Be an excellent and confident communicator
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Be organised and have an eye for detail
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanour
- Be dedicated to providing 5 star customer service with flair & showmanship
- Take pride in personal presentation and hygiene
