At Poodle Bar & Bistro we are looking for passionate Commis Chefs to join our small kitchen team. We are on the hunt for driven individuals with a passion for cooking with the best produce.

Our menu focuses around European flavours and borrows techniques from around the world. Reinventing old world classics like Prawn Cocktails, Vol-au-vants and Large dry aged Steaks with Prawn butter.

We will provide an ideal place to learn and broaden your culinary skills.

With a venue capacity of 200 guests, there will be various roles for you to sink your teeth into. The venue boasts a ground level 40 seater Bistro, two private dining spaces that have their own identity and bar areas that welcome a beer or a dry martini.

The successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven track record in a similar position
• Experience working in a busy environment
• Good communication skills
• Be prepared to work weekends and nights

• Minimum 2 years experience.
