The Workplace & Occupancy Manager is responsible for leading, coaching and developing a group of employees (up to 8) and to monitor the performance of the team across both the Workplace Services & Occupancy function.

This role will support the strategic and operational delivery with the need to analyse space and data of the building whilst ensuring the services and team are supported, encouraged and well utilised in their roles.

Servicing a world renowned energy petroleum and resources client, this position requires an effective communicator who has a passion to ensure customer/client experience is a high priority whilst being able to identify the space and occupancy component of the building to ensure it is being utilised efficiently.

This role will report to the Account Director. This role currently has '7' direct/indirect reports and may expand in line with scope.

As this position is varied and fluid in it's duties - the main focus will be to

  • drive and direct the operational delivery team to deliver quality service, ensuring consistency and promoting excellence
  • Support client stakeholders in successfully delivering continuous improvement & outcomes in line with all strategic priorities captured within the CRE annual business plan
  • Monitoring the delivery of workplace occupancy projects, re-stacks and ensuring integration across all operational streams
  • Ensure consistent reporting and monitoring of occupancy insights and space within the building to support the activity


  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in leading, developing and coaching medium to large teams
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a workplace related role, facilties, guest services
  • Exposure and understanding of Occupancy Analytics desirable
  • Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essentiall
  • Project Management discipline or related degree
  • Commercial Property Occupancy Management systems skills preferred
  • Workplace Services or similar discipline required
