Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Venue Manager to develop a team through recruitment, training, feedback and engagement
  • Deliver incredible customer experiences through brilliant service, incredible product and a perfectly presented venue
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets for sales, cost of goods and labour management
  • Daily financial reporting and supporting our Venue Managers with operational reviews
  • Working with the team to develop and execute new beverage ideas

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in working to and exceeding budgets, rostering, managing staff and delivering reports to the management team.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Motivated and driven, with a "can do" approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, varied and thriving environment
  • Current RSA/RCG
  • Experience and success in a supervisor or managerial role of comparable venue/s.
