The role is an Assistant Manager, working with our great team at Melbas Food Hall. The role will have you providing exceptional customer service to our customers, providing product knowledge and advice. You will have sale targets to reach, a small team to supervise and train and create a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service. You will need to be hands on in all aspects of the store operations with sound knowledge in grocery retail and hospitality. There will be an offer of equity within the business for the correct applicant.

About you...
We are searching for a candidate with demonstrated experience within a retail environment, including strong interpersonal and communication skills. Contribute to all aspects of store operations; servicing customers, stacking shelves.

We are looking for someone who can take on extra responsibilities. You must enjoy a fast paced, dynamic environment to showcase your amazing sales ability, vibrant personality and strong leadership skills.
