Gaming Night Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Night Supervisor who is comfortable working alone, holds a genuine love of Gaming and a proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with our valued clientele.

Our Venue

Our VIP Luxury Gaming Lounge in Broadbeach is looking for an all-star Gaming Attendant to join our highly experienced team. The venue has been designed by industry leading design firm with a completely unique look and feel, delivering a high-quality food and beverage offering within a super fun, electric and vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

This fulltime role will require you to work 5 night shifts each week (11pm to 7am). You will be solely responsible for the Gaming Lounge during these hours, but will have the presence of a fulltime security guard.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Clearance of machines and cash reconciliation

• Cash handling

• Tendering to the bar

• Interacting with our guests and ensuring a great experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Hold a current RSA and RCG (essential);

• RMLV and Approved Managers License (essential);

• Previous gaming experience;
• Strong bar experience;

• Excellent accuracy and cash handling skills;

• Proven ability to build a meaningful rapport with our guests;

• Genuinely enjoy working in a premium Gaming Lounge

In addition, you must be well presented, energetic and thrive working in a fast-paced environment whilst be able to keep yourself busy during quieter times and have impeccable communication skills.
