We currently seek an Experienced Barista/Cafe All-rounder for our busy and growing cafe in Narellan. We seek an individual who is proficient in all areas of the day to day running of a café.

The ideal candidate will be skilled & passionate, have strong communication and customer service skills and have experience using specialty coffee in a high volume environment. Must be able to operate with attention to detail in both busy and quiet periods.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Barista trained and able to cope with an often high-pressure environment behind the machine.
• Speed and consistency essential
• You must be experienced in all aspects of coffee making and have a sound knowledge of cafe operations such as ordering, serving customers and use of sales systems
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clientele
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A strong work ethic and a team leader by example
