Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort is seeking qualified chefs and cooks for the 2021 season in Exmouth, Western Australia, to join our dynamic and diverse team.

CHEF:
Duties will include but not be restricted to:

• Responsibility for all culinary dishes that is prepared in their section.
• Be knowledgeable about his or her speciality, as well as culinary functions in general.
• Demonstrating a high level of organisation and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
• Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.
• Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen

COOK:
