We are a busy Italian Bar and Restaurant in Lakelands, Mandurah, serving up delicious modern Italian cuisine and we have full-time positions for Cooks/Commis Chefs.

We are looking for qualified cooks/chefs with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Italian Cuisine. Must have strong knowledge of Panned and Grilled Items, Pizzas, plus Pasta and Italian Sauces. Must be able to work in a high-pressure and high-turnover environment. We also need a flexible person willing to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

. Food Preparation, cooking, plating and presentation

. Kitchen maintenance and cleaning

. Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

. Menu planning

. Follow food safety requirements
