About the position:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant ensuring the team is producing, fresh, great quality food, cooked to order- not mass produced! You will be a team player, leading and developing your squad to achieve the business outcomes including the sales and profitability of your restaurant. You will be engaged in your local community and always looking for opportunities to make the customer experience better. We have positions available in Brisbane, Springfield and Ipswich
You will have experience in:
- Leadership of teams between 15-35 people
- Proven capability of cost control
- Understanding and achieving KPI's
- Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Understanding the pace of fast casual dining
- $55 000 - $58 000 per annum + Superannuation
- Bonuses paid every 6 months
- Training and development to ensure you grow as a leader
