The purpose of this role to provide solutions and to support our team and customers whilst effectively assisting to managing the Customer Solution Center.

The role requires a great attitude and a passion for delivering great outcomes for our customer experience. You will be a determined problem solver with strong focus on our customers.

Role responsibilities

Drive, manage and guide the team to perform their daily tasks ensuring service volume and quality levels of the Customer Service Department are maintained through KPIs
Review inbound and outbound communication channels to ensure the quality in service level objectives are met
Support recruitment and scheduling as required, and support & educate direct reports in the Department and Company vision, mission and values
Review data and prepare reports as necessary
Identify, develop and implement initiatives to support a leading position in the market for customer experience
Develop and implement continuous process improvement plans across Voice of the Customer Framework and Coaching Culture

About you

Intermediate knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Printing and Scanning
Typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per min with 95% accuracy
Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and navigate different software programs
Sound knowledge of Web based data bases
Understanding working of social media
Strong understanding of Amart Furniture and the ability to acquire knowledge of new product lines
Strong understanding of Amart Furniture office and retail
Strong understanding of customer solutions functions
Understanding working of social media
