We operate 7 days a week and have full time and part time shifts available.
Reporting to the National Contact Centre Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Taking inbound calls from new enquiries, service and warranty, phone calls for internal staff, sub-contractors and suppliers and processing web enquiries;
Delivering the highest level of customer service with a professional manner, support and rapport building; and
Engage our customers with your exceptional knowledge via phone, email and social media; and
Being part of the team with always coming up with ideas on how to improve our processes. Even though they may be already great, it can always be better.

The successful candidate will have:
12 months + experience working in a contact centre or a phone based customer service focused role is essential;
Consistently hit or exceeded your KPIs;
Proven capability to learn quickly, multi-task and embrace change;
Proven ability to actively listen with an empathetic approach; and
A high degree of professionalism, delivering exceptional service on every interaction, to the highest degree of satisfaction.
We support your career progression but an expectation to remain in the role for a minimum 18 months prior to any move internally.

This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
