We’re excited to be recruiting casual Customer Care Concierge roles in one of our newly created teams. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team of specialists that provide exceptional service to our customers. You will add value to existing and new prospects, through predominantly inbound activities, promoting the range of Optus’ products and services. What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an inbound or outbound call centre role
  • Problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly absorb new information and support new products
  • Ability to build customer loyalty by providing a high level of customer service
  • Ability to operate independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts
