Our client is seeking a creative and versatile Chef de Partie/ Junior Sous Chef to join their incredible team in a multi-faceted, fast paced environment.

The Role
As a CDP/ Junior Sous you will be supported by a solid team of talented chefs with the opportunity to learn from the best and to showcase your creativity, experience and skills.

You will be 

  • A passionate, dedicated chef, willing to work hard and have a positive can do attitude
  • Minimum of 2 years post apprenticeship experience in quality establishments
  • A Chef with drive and ambition, not adverse to change and fast paced delivery
  • Enthusiastic about menu development and sharing creative ideas 
  • Be ambitious, hungry for success - this is a great business to help you launch a serious career!
