Job Description We are now seeking a professional and proactive Concierge to be part of an exciting new initiative. As a member of our Real Estate Management Team you will play a key role in providing the highest level of support and client experience. Day to day duties includes but not limited:

  • Welcome and manage all visitors and contractors to the business and attend to their requests efficiently
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist clients/customers or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere
  • Promptly notify relevant staff member on guest arrival.
  • Providing full support to the business center such as facilitating the booking of meeting rooms and maintaining meeting room schedules
  • Address any ad-hoc queries and provide assistance or direction in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Arrange building passes and manage loading dock and access
  • Handle mail deliveries/ dry cleaning and other mail room enquiries
  • Contractor job and access management as well as logging jobs and reporting
  • General admin duties to support FM team and management
  • Other responsibilities and duties may be required of you from time to time.
Qualifications The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
  • Positive and ‘can-do’, customer service oriented approach
  • Proven knowledge and experience in reception, switchboard and office administration procedures for a medium/large corporate
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • High level of oral and written communication and well-rounded interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Intermediate skills with MS Outlook and Office suite
  • Strong organizational awareness
  • Proven knowledge and experience in reception, switchboard and office administration procedures for a medium/large corporate
