People Services Advisor In Austral
This role will involve both operational and strategic HR. There is the opportunity to be involved in transformational projects plus the generalist HR duties.
This role requires a hard-working HR practitioner to work closely with frontline staff, in providing advice and support on generalist people services matters. This role requires someone who can work autonomously, traveling around to three particular facilities south of Sydney.
Your broad range of generalist HR responsibilities will see you:
- Provide HR support and guidance to business units and staff alike (recruitment and selection, award and agreement interpretation and performance management)
- Ensure compliance across HR policy and process
- Manage employee relations alongside the HR Business Partner
- Involvement in a number of strategic HR projects
