Position: Contact Centre Concierge Support

Location: Bathurst

Start: ASAP

Our Government client is currently seeking a Concierge Support Officer to compliment the team in a high-volume call centre environment. This is a great 5 month opportunity in Bathurst with an immediate start, apply now!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level of customer service and initial advice and direction to internal customers regarding support related enquiries within a Contact Centre environment
Respond to incoming enquiries in a confidential, responsive, customer focused manner and ensure that accurate, targeted and timely information supplied effectively resolves the customer’s request
Assist other Contact Centre areas such as IT Service Desk
Display excellent customer service and continual improvement practices within a diverse virtual team environment
Effectively apply new and or updated technology applications, systems, procedures and organisational methods to deliver efficient and effective services in accordance with our client’s policy
Applications include office automation and productivity tools, applications and services
Participate and contribute to the development and ongoing maturity of our client’s knowledge centred systems

Essential Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers and staff at all organisational levels
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a team
Proven experience in balancing competing and conflicting team/job priorities and deadlines
Systems experience: Technology experience using multiple systems is desirable. Full training will be provided on relevant technology systems
High-volume Call Centre exposure preferred
WWCC and Police check
Flexibility and punctuality – The Concierge Support teams work on a shift rostering allocation (earliest start time 7:30am, latest finish time is 6pm)
