Our client is looking for a quick thinking, confident and customer driven concierge to join their global team! As a Corporate Concierge – this role involves having strong communication, customer service skills and most importantly – the people factor.

This company provides global concierge services to members looking for lifestyle and leisure assistance – this could be recommendations for restaurants, entertainment venues, major event bookings and reservations - securing highly coveted packages and experiences for members on short notice.
Your strong local knowledge of the food and wine industry, your ability to build contacts and ability to pre-empt guest requirements is highly coveted in this role.
Ability to fluently converse and write in Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese and/or Korean
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you will have worked in premium luxury venues previously – or high end hotels. You will have an exceptional ability to multitask. In addition to this you will have:
- Have at least intermediate Excel and Word experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
- Eagerness and willingness to take initiative
Only experienced Concierge candidates will be considered – Minimum 5 year experience. All applicants must undergo a police clearance and background check.
