Company Overview Due to business growth an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced financial service professional to join a leading investment platform. Working as part of the investment support team this role will see you handling client enquiries, processing new applications, contributions and rollovers. Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain client records
  • Process new business applications
  • Handle client enquiries
  • Process client contributions and rollovers
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to enquiries within SLA’s
  • Develop indepth product knowledge
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Selection Criteria
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within superannuation or financial planning
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong focus on delivering a superior customer experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
