Duties CIOG is seeking an enthusiastic person with excellent administrative and relationship building skills to coordinate and quality assure Service Delivery Reform activities that involve CIOG. The successful candidate will be passionate about Service Delivery Reform and have a solid understanding of the Defence Service Delivery Framework. This is a challenging but rewarding function that has visibility across all Defence Enablers at the Senior Leadership level. The successful candidate will gain experience in coordinating activities across CIOG and other enablers within Defence, along with the satisfaction of seeing Service Delivery change for the better to benefit Defence Customers. The Directorate of Customer Experience is a small team of highly dedicated professional people who regard the customer's experience with our services very highly. Other areas are responsible for Human Centered Design, Assistive Technology, and Customer Feedback (Complaints and Compliments).
