Property and Facilities The Property & Facilities Division (P&F) is responsible for delivering comprehensive facilities operations to the University community by using integrated systems and services to support the University's teaching and learning, research endeavours and strategic objectives. To achieve this, and to further improve the environment in which members of the University community study, work and live, P&F provide a range of services of Campus Operations, Infrastructure and Sustainability, Planning and Property and Project Delivery. Campus Operations is responsible for operations in the areas of Grounds, Maintenance, Security, Fire Services, Transport Systems, Cleaning, the Gatton Printery, Fleet Services, Furniture, Mail, Store, Asset Performance and Services and Compliance. Further information about the Property and Facilities Division may be accessed on the Division's web site at About This Opportunity The Senior Client Facility Coordinator for ensuring the daily operation and maintenance of University buildings, building services and other physical assets within a Precinct Area, as well as providing specific advice, direction and support to clients on all facilities management services. You will manage a team of maintenance staff, providing support and guidance on complex maintenance issues, driving continuous improvement and developing team performance and capability. You will assisting with scoping client needs and issues, aligning proactive solutions and coordinating the allocation of maintenance resources to deliver high quality advice and services in discussion with the Client Facility Manager. This position is located at The University of Queensland's picturesque . Gatton Campus, UQ combines its Queensland Agricultural College heritage with modern research and teaching facilities in agriculture, agribusiness and veterinary science. Our Ideal Candidate You will have completed a building related degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experiences and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combinations of relevant trade qualifications, experience and/or education/ training. You will have a technical trade background with knowledge and technical experiences in provision of building maintenance services in large, complex buildings within establish policy frameworks, to meet client and organisational outcomes and results. You will have some experience in asset and maintenance management as well as knowledge and technical experience in large, complex buildings (including technical, scientific or laboratory facilities). Familiarity with mechanical, electrical or plumbing services in large, complex buildings is highly desirable. The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $85,222.69 - $93,085.99, plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $99,710 - $108,909.
