Working within a small team, you will need to demonstrate

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Must have excellent attention to detail & strong time management skills
  • Be able to resolve disputes and provide effective customers resolutions
  • The ability to build a rapport with customers & ability to work under time pressures and constraints

This role will be working with both clients and staff to help expand on a new and funky business
Casual hours 15-18 hours per week.
This will include data entry, answering incoming and making outgoing phone calls. We are looking for someone who has a knack for sales and can hold a conversation with anyone.
