  • Produce daily Risk Management reports - Market, Liquidity and Credit Risks for APRA and Head Office
  • Regularly conduct gap analysis, review and update risk policies in line with regulatory and prudential changes
  • Assist in the upgrade and maintenance of Branch's Excel models and analytical tools with advance level VBA macros used for daily risk management
  • Provide independent review on daily treasury activities regarding market risk and liquidity risk exposures against limits and investigate breaches as they occur
  • Validation of the risk exposures and key ratios of the bank
  • Analyse and investigate trends and variances in market and liquidity risk
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years' experience in a Risk Management role with specific experience in the Australian banking sector (Market / Liquidity / Credit risks prefered)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Applied Finance, Investment or Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and risk management techniques
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in order of urgency
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA or FRM would be an advantage
  • High level of numeracy, with intermediate to advanced level of Excel modelling and VBA skills
  • Ability to speak / type / read Chinese
